  - Cleanliness rating
  - If walk-up, how many flights?
  - Bathroom ventilation
  - Guide will communicate with broker and provide next steps for leasing apartment
As of now, tours are only offered for apartments within Manhattan.
Tours are by appointment only and must be scheduled at least 2 hours before the appointment time. For last-minute tour availability, email info@cityscoutnyc.com.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 2 hours in advance will not be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the tour price.
